Hans Reihling, Ph.D., LMFT
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #10646

I’m a licensed psychotherapist, an approved clinical supervisor, and an assistant professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I’m also a certified Level II practitioner in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a powerful model that helps us understand and heal the different parts within us, especially those shaped by trauma, cultural conditioning, and early life experiences.
With a Ph.D. in Anthropology, my research has focused on masculinity and relationship health, reflecting my longstanding passion for men’s psychosocial well-being. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of social science, education, and clinical practice, supporting individuals and couples in building mindful awareness and deeper emotional connection.
Since 2012, I’ve provided psychotherapy and counseling services to clients in the San Diego area, helping them recover from relationship distress, trauma, and addiction. In 2019, I founded Mindful Relations—a practice dedicated to integrating mindfulness and contemplative tools into relational healing. I also offer a specialized approach for men struggling with Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB), moving beyond the limitations of conventional sex addiction models.
Nasheili Gonzalez Reihling, LMFT, PPS, MA, MS
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #10646 | Pupil Personal Services (PPS) Credentialed

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with international, immigrant, Latinx, and mixed-identity individuals, couples, and families. My practice centers on the unique challenges that come with multicultural identities, relocation, and navigating intergenerational and cultural dynamics—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Coming from a mixed and international background myself, I understand how deeply culture shapes our relationships, communication styles, parenting, and sense of self. These lived experiences inform my approach and help me create a therapeutic space that is emotionally grounded and culturally responsive.
I draw on mindfulness-based practices and creative, strengths-based interventions to support healing, growth, and connection. Whether you're dealing with relationship stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, or questions around identity and belonging—you’re not alone.
In our sessions, we’ll slow down and explore what’s beneath the surface. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, interrupt generational patterns, and develop tools to meet life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward deeper connection and healing.
