Life can get complicated, and seeking help is the first step to make things better. I'm a licensed psychotherapist, an approved clinical supervisor, and an assistant professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I'm passionate about men's psycho-social health and received a Ph.D. in Anthropology by focusing my research on the effects of masculinities on relationships. More than 15 years of experience in social science and education motivated me to empower couples and men to develop mindful awareness and meaningful connections.
Since 2012, I have provided many clients in the San Diego area with a wide range of counseling and psychotherapy services to overcome relationship problems, addiction, trauma, and depression. I also help men overcome Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB) with an innovative approach beyond conventional sex addiction treatment.
